Welcome to Fits By FOUR. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Order Process

  • Orders can be placed directly through our website.
  • After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

2. Payment Methods

  • We currently support the following payment options:
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available for all orders across Pakistan.
  • All prices are listed in PKR and are inclusive of taxes, where applicable.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship nationwide across Pakistan.
  • Delivery time is typically 3-4 working days, depending on your location.
  • In case of delays due to logistics or external factors, we will notify you.

4. Returns & Exchanges

At Fits By FOUR, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

You may request an exchange under the following conditions:

You’re eligible for an exchange if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The size does not match your order (exchange only if the requested size is in stock)
  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery

Exchange conditions:

  • Must be requested within 3 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless it’s our error

5. Product Availability & Pricing

We strive to ensure that all items listed are in stock, but in rare cases, if a product becomes unavailable after order placement, you will be notified immediately.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, products, and policies at any time without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content including logos, designs, product images, and text, is the property of Fits By FOUR. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
